I have a C2 Mexas, a 2a4 and a 2a6…along with a bunch of Legends aftermarket sets, Echelon Canadian markings, Perfect Scale Modellbau 2a4 and 2a6 hulls and mine ploughs/mine rollers plus a few different crew figures. I picked up Anthony Seward’s DVDs on the Canadian Leopards to provide references for detailing and finishing these cats. Once I clear my workbench of the projects on the go now, I plan to dive into a series of sequential builds of all three.

All kidding aside, I did the same a couple of weeks ago. They had the 1/350th Wasp that I’ve been wanting and offered me a great deal on it but, like you I left. If I’m prolific with my planned build schedule, like really optimistic, I maybe would have gotten to around 2027 and then plan on the full year building it. So I either reschedule around it or hopefully it (and I) will still be around in 2028.

Nice haul @keavdog I thought I’d see more posts on here about Christmas gifts. My haul consists of a paint shaker. Now I don’t have to stir/shake my paints by hand.

Well mine wasn’t model related but as far as Christmas goes I got some new bbq rubs and some smoking wood and a bbq related t-shirt. Looking forward to trying the new rubs. Smoking/bbq/grilling/cooking is on my top list of hobbies.
These are my latest acquisitions waiting to be built not sure what i will do after the D9R Armored Bulldozer.

No new Christmas kits for me(My stash is too large already)but I got three great books to read:
“The Gales of November-The Untold Story of the Edmund Fitzgerald”(recommended on this forum)
“Iron Coffins-A Personal Account of the German U-Boat Battles of WWII” and “The Life of Ernest E. Evans-Destroyer Captain”. I guess my kids know that I love nautical things.

My Christmas bounty
The paints are for my next project, a Japanese Zero. I’d been wanting to take another stab at the A-20 (as that was one of the very first I built when I returned to the hobby in the 90s, a build that I still actually have), but really didn’t want to do another AMT/Ertl kit. When I saw HK’s 32nd scale kit, I figured there would be a 48th to follow along their habit of doing 32 then 48 with the B-17 and B-25 kits. And that B-2 was inspired by it being in the news earlier this year, and not having built one since I did a Testors 72nd scale kit many years ago.

I inexplicably made Santa’s nice list! Great haul in the stocking. Not pictured but arriving soon is a Hasegawa Ltd. Ed. Peggy bomber for the Japanese Group Build XV (2026) - Modeling Subjects / Group Builds - Finescale Modeler Forum.
Then on to the Fletcher. These projects should keep me busy deep into 2026.
Can’t wait to try this DSPIAE Washless airbrush. I predict it will be great for bulk spraying.

Yep, I have one and love it.
That looks like a nice one, I looked it up and sounds like it will take most of the jar/bottles we utslize. I got a different one and now idk how I ever preped paint without it.
