Scalemodeler66, Could I ask you for the name of the company that makes that tape dispenser? That looks like a handy little jig.

Absolutely… Wingman Tools on Esty. He is out of Canada. I love it… it works great! I got it in 4 days once I placed my order.
It can sit on benchtop like I prefer, or clamp it like the photo below.

He also throws in a free 2 jar Tamiya glue holder… as an appreciation gift for shopping with him.

Tanks Scalemodeler66! I’m going to be ordering one soon! Besides it’ll be great to help out a Canadian small business. “Elbows Up”

You’re welcome. One of the many great reasons for being apart of the forum is to share information. I hope you enjoy yours. :beers:

P.S. - Once you insert your tape dispensers… you do not have to snug it up tight to the main tape dispenser holder. If you do it will hard to pull the tape.

Thanks for the tip Scalemodeler66!

I looked high and low for a tape holder such as that and finally 3d printed one, but it doesn’t hold a candle to that.

No biggie… the fact you made your own is awesome.

I received a pleasant surprise today from my son in-law.

Scalemodeler66, those are some awesome additions for your tool box. Who makes the drill press and the track jig? I’m going to be spending a lot of money in the near future, but at least the wife would be too upset because it’ll be on tools instead of kits.

The drill press / pin drill is from ArrowMax, and the track jig is from Master Tools. Both are on Amazon for a good price. Thank you for your comment and question.
The press itself is made out of aluminum… not plastic

Which would’ve prevented this… Oh well, better late than never…

I really want a resin printer lol. I am still learning to run my 3D printer lol. The quality of the product from resin is 10x better. Those pieces look great.

I picked up these over the weekend at my local hobby store. They have a large collection of older models they purchased from other people’s collections to sell in the store.

That’s a fantastic deal. Great find.

I just picked up a display shelf for a pretty good deal as I only had one slot left in my large display case. It came with Lexan front panels to shield the builds I’ve got from dust so it worked out great for me.

Thanks Tony and I’ve already got it covered by putting screws at the top shelf area from inside into the wood plank I put on the wall just for added insurance.

Those shelves are a great find, perfect fit. I do have one question…it appears that you have one, maybe two, magazines in a framed display beside the shelves is there a specific reason why, maybe you’ve been published in them?
