Man! This was a great idea! I feel like I made it to the NATIONALS after all! Man there is a lot of talent on this forum![tup][bow][tup]
Thanks man, glad everyone has appreciated this topic so much.
And thanks to everyone who posted their amazing work here. And please, if you have not posted your collection, or even your only model, please feel free to do so. This is such a great way to demonstrate all the talent on this forum in one fell swoop and I’d like to keep it going!

Sorry to bring this back, but I’ve uploaded some of my better armor.

Here is the one and only…so far. Just finished it and I will take any opportunity to show it off.[:D]

Hey Bill,
Nice collection my friend…!! By the way is that a shadow of a 109 flyin Top Cover?
Flaps up,

Well thanks! Wow, well all I did was spray it in overall Tamiya dark yellow, and then spray squiggly lines all over it. This was actually my first paint job with my new Paasche double action (VL, I think?). So it was my first foray int he world of being able to control the paint flow with an airbrish.
Actually I think I left too much overspray in the brown color, but that can be fixed to an extent. I’m looking forward to having this one finished, I’ve been working on it for a long time.

[:-^]Egads this went on for so long I actually finished another!

And the TC

I forgot I posted this a while back in armor [:-^]

That’s it unless a panzer gray '40 Ford coupe qualifies [:D]
I like the truck, a lot!
It’s good to see that this post is still going strong.
Hermes – I looked at your Krupp Protz and thought ‘wow, look at that dust and the fraying of ther tarp, I wish I could do that!’ Different eyes, different expectations…

nice work & neat case, where’s it from?
" … A BR-52 pulling a Pz IV-E on a flat car along with a low-sided car with a Flak 38 and other gear as a small dio. I also have a 1/35 Leopopld sitting over my desk along with 11 other various vehicles sitting on the desk shelves as well… "any pics? otherwise it’s just bragging? [:P]
Butz,
Yep, I have the old Airfix 1/24 scale Stuka, Spitfire Mk. 1, and ME-109 hanging from the cieling as a reminder of where I’ve come from. Sharp eye on recognizing the silhouette! What got me back into model building was playing WW2Online and I flew as well as drove…loved the ME-109 Emil for a lot of reasons and spent many an hour in them over the sunny skies of France in 1940. [(-D] Was a decent Stuka and Spit pilot too since you could play both sides.
Jon,
The case is from an online shop called Cases for Collectibles: http://www.casesforcollectibles.com/
As for the BR-52 dio and Leopold…will get a couple pics later today and post them up…just to maintain my credibility if nothing else! [(-D]
Here you go Jon, as promised. [;)]

good heads up on the cases, but Ikea is handier in the uk…[C=:-)] sweedish meatballs are pretty good to!
ls that a stuart i see tucked behind a vase in the second pic?
since my collection has five stuarts in it, i’d love to see yours.
Yes, it’s one of the very first models I ever built 6 years ago…nothing fancy to look at, the decals have peeled off and it has zero weathering…I keep it (and all of my models) to remind me of the journey. [;)]
I’m the same way. At one point my models were in chronological order, but not any more.
Boy, looking at some of the older builds, it’s been quite a journey! lol
well, here is my collection.
a lot of 1/72 stuff, mosty dragon but also some fujimi, italeri and revell. i have a lot of 1/72-1/76 armor ready, including a sherman dd, a comet and a churchill bridgelayer. but i’m waiting for my custom decals to arrive so they are on the workbench but took a pic anyways (last pic). also some 1/35, tamiya and dragon.
