Excellent progress. This thing just looks so mean with all the firepower on top and the sandbags really add a nice touch. Now lets see some paint fly.

Looking great! Almost too repetative of a task for me to put up with… It would sure have sucked to go up against one of those, (or let alone, reload one[;)])

Looks complicated vonryan! You have a great eye for detail! I dont know if you have discribed it already but im curious as to what manufacturer the hull,turret,rocket tubes are from? What tracks are you going to use ? Did you use other photos for reference besides those shown here?

thanks again guy’s. cruiser5 tank is a tamiya very good kit. the T34 calliope is verlinden and it’s a pain in the as#!. instruck is bad DO NOT GO WITH THE WIREING DIAGRAM tubes ar hard to put together . anyway i’m using the track’s that came with the model. i just worked on them a little. here are some more pic’s i’m using. : —: ----: ----: –

Unbelievable job [tup][tup][tup][tup][tup].
Hope to do a Sherman with the calliope as well, but after seeing your job, I think my enthusiasm has waned[xx(][xx(]
I have the Italeri kit and wanted to do the wiring, but it doesn’t have the diagram and after seeing the job you did, this thing may have moved way down on my “to do” list [:-^]
Really anticipating seeing the finshed kit. Thanks for sharing photos of your work.

thank’s panther44 is there anyway you can get me some pic’s of your Italeri kit or box art? there is something i need to see and dose anyone have shep paine’s calliope art? all i have is some small pic’s of his. i would like to see his antina. thanks for the help . – ----------------

Great work Vonryan!!! IMO there are 2 types of Sherman Calliopes, ones with a little detail and ones with lots of detail. Yours has TONS of detail [bow]. Like Zokissma said though, “lets see some paint fly”
