Hello,

For Christmas I got my first airbrush (Aztek A430) and finished today my first model using it. It is also my 3rd build ever.

I did the Revell / Monogram SBD Dauntless 1/48th. This kit was made as a toy and the mold is from 1960. Because of the age of the kit, it was quite a challenge. The pieces were full of flash and the fit was awful but after a lot of sanding, putty and super glue, the result is not too bad.

I didn’t try to improve the model whatsoever. It was so inaccurate and was just for me to learn to airbrush so it was straight out of the box.

Looks like you did a good job building as you intended. An Out Of Box build with the airbrush practice as your main goal. Nice job on the finish!

Just a request, but could you stack the pics verticaly so one can scroll up and down isteadof side to side. Makes things muchj easier to view for us here.

Sorry They stack verticaly for me and I don’t really know how to change it.
