Revell-Monogram kits worth getting

New revell kit. I just left my local hobby shop and I picked up a biplane from the 30s called a

Stearman pt-17 in 1/48 kit # 85-5264 they just got them in. I know nothing of this kit is it a re release ?

If you look in the Trainer GB I am doing this kit now. The first post has pictures of the sprues and decals.
