Hey all,

Oh I could certainly use some interior shots of the LVT! It is in the stash so references would be great.

Sounds good. I’ll see what I can get for you.

Hey, Frozin - I don’t need anything, but I just wanted to say good on ya for the offer. I have to admit that I wouldn’t have thought to make such an offer!

Thanks for the support @gomeral. When I saw what was on display, I figured there probably weren’t many examples available to be seen elsewhere. In Canada, museums and displays are few and far between. Sometimes a project stalls for lack of just one picture. Perhaps I can prevent one more model sitting on someone’s shelf of doom.

That’s one heckuva collection they have there. :open_mouth:

It’s pretty impressive, fairly well maintained and best of all - free to visit. Here are a couple overall views I took last year.

Wow! Very cool! I would appreciate a Mig-19 and T28 trainer, thanks so much for the offer!

Got it on the list. :+1:

I have a bunch of pictures for you, probably too many to post in this thread. I figure either PM or email would be better. Let me know through PM how you want them.

I will send you my email . Once I get them I will make up a thread in the reference section to put them all so anybody that may want them down the road has access.

Frozin, thank you for thinking of us and taking these photos. I’m sure that they’ll be a big help to us in our modeling endeavors. I hope that you have a safe and fun trip.

Hey @Frozin welcome back! Looks like you had a good time and that list of aircraft is impressive. Which one was your favorite?

I’m still here until Thursday night, but I’ve always been partial to the F4. The cobra for helicopters, M48 for armour but the Russian Katyusha is a close second.

And really, who wouldn’t be impressed by a Nike missile and launcher…

And a couple shots of what the weight of a heavy gun does to a flat tire.

That’s a good idea, I didn’t think of starting a new thread for them. Must still be a bit tired.

PM would be nice  thank you!
I don’t really have preferences on the format or anything

Hi @Comrade_Shmersky

I thought I would make a new thread in the reference section so everyone could use it if needed. Here’s the link to the MiG-19. I’ll get the others posted as I have time. :sunglasses:

Hey @Tcoat,

I decided to share the pics on the forum in the reference section. They are all there, hopefully in some useful semblance of order. The one thing I was thinking while sitting in there taking pictures, was that a recreation of the data plate would be very cool mounted to the display with the model.
