I am just a teen girl from Switzerland (living in Washington DC) who loves to build scale models! My dream is to be a civil servant and live all over the world. I am studying Japanese in school, and will study Russian abroad this summer. I collect military junk and am in a U-boat phase currently (it was planes a few months ago). Obsessed with anything WW1, WW2, & Cold War. My very specific interests include: U.S espionage in USSR (1970s/80s), WW2 German U-boat crews, and Mikhail Gorbachev. I collect philately, medals, lapel pins, rare books, and many more things :3

I want to build a really cool diorama with a Krankerpanzerwagen, and that is my main project right now.

My favorite historical figure is Adolf Tolkachev - a Cold War spy and Soviet avionics engineer. He helped design the radar systems of the MiG-29 and leaked those secrets to the US government!
