My new airbrush

this time, it’s not an aztek [:0] [how could i?]

it’s a badger 155 anthem I bought at michaels with a 50% off. cost me $103. total. After firing up the compressor, I tested it and it sprays like no other. beautiful finishes, 1/16 lines, all were possible the second It was in my hand. not only did paint and thinner flow thru the precision parts, but also imagination, and it not only just sprays, it flows out. beautiful work of art. highly recommended

haha you know how I felt when I put that Crescendo in my hands the first time… I could feel that paint just waiting to jump out the end of that brush… I had an Aztek and it’s hard to get used to this one… working on it though… but it’s not a problem… I could never go back!

Great news Ryan.
The Anthem is a real nice airbrush with a smooth trigger second to none. [;)]

Mike

i don’t have the instruction booklet, can somebody scan it for me?

also, mike, how do you get the rubber trigger thing on properly? whenever i hang the iarbrush, it drops off

Ryan,

If you want the rubber finger rest on then you need to put a drop of CA glue on it and superglue it onto the trigger. [;)]

Mike

::sulk:: I didn’t get a rubber trigger thingy with mine… I think it was sposed to come with it but didn’t see it in the box…

that’s cause this is a 155 anthem, not your measly 175 crescendo

just kidding ya, i think just supergluing a rubber washer is enough.

mike, my ca [local brand] doens’t stick rubber really well. it works wonders on wood, plastic, and metal though

hmmmmmm…already have to super glue something on to the badger product…hmmmmmmmmmmm…interesting!![;)][:D]

LOL!!!

then how come my airbrush number is 20 more than yours? huh?? and ya can’t explain THAT with canadian dollars!!! [;)]

haha kidding… no on dixie art they list the rubber trigger thingy… but I dont think I got it unless it fell in the carpet with the rest of my P-61 build…

—Tom—

I guess the rubber trigger finger rest for the Iwata doesn’t need glue huh? Oh wait, Iwata doesn’t have one do they? [:-^][(-D]

Mike

rubber triggers are for little girls

or people likek me who have big hands

oh. I didn’t know you were a little girl with big hands. [:D]

[:D]

I know an artist who uses them and I don’t think he would like your comment.
He fights in the Ultimate Fight competitions too. [:D]

Mike

Don’t bully him. He is entitled to an opinion…just like you are.

Realistically, I don’t have an opinion about rubber triggers. All I know is that I don’t feel the need for one on the Iwata. It’s a little on the slick side being all chromed up like it is. I’d like it if the trigger had some kind of grip treads on it like the metal Paasche H trigger has.

WOW!!..touchy bout them badger products eh mikey?!! rubbers…plastics…aztecs…badgers…hmmmm.[(-D][:D]
i think you know an artist for every situation eh friend!! yada yada yada!! bring em’ on!!LOL

Who was bullying anyone? Man! You sure read more into a post than is there.
