Thought she was gonna be done last night…but, I realized there was a lack in Arizona tea can on this one! The only place I could find for it, was the bombs.
As they were…
I cut a thin strip of aluminum, rolled it around a brush handle, and CAed it to the fins…
…and here’s the finished product!
Niiiice! Way to finish up with those bombs too, AZ ice-T to the rescue! (You must have shares in the company or something. Red & blue ID stripes on the bombs???

What color did you paint the bombs?

How did you get the streaking on the airframe/wings etc?
Red stripe indicates “semi-armor piercing”, blue is “armor piercing”.
I get all my AZ tea for free, when I give the cashier a buck!
Bomb color is a light-medium grey with a bit of blue added. I mixed from previous mixes, so I have no idea what the original FS #s were.
For the streaks, I dip my pastel brush into the powder, dab a bit along the panel lines (so it leaves little chunks behind), then run the brush over them in the direction of air flow. A lot of times, it comes out too heavy…just rub back (with airflow again), with finger a few times and it will lighten up.
Ahhhh, makes more sense than my theory of blue=male, red=female…
