1/72 Revell JU-88 WIP

Yes, another WIP!!!

Didn’t get real far today(just started), but I am very impressed with this kit so far. They cram in a lot of detail for 1/72, probably the best I’ve seen yet! I will be complimenting the nice details with some PE, wire, and whatever else needs to be made from whatever I have!

There’s not much room for any tea can aluminum yet…but I did cut a tiny little strip for the handle (yellow) next to the R/Os seat.

Added wires from rudder pedals, and used Tamiya tape for seatbelts with PE buckles.

[:O] damn Fermis more great work!!!

Nice, i’ve wanted to see this one getting built. I will be watching closely looking for some pointers. They have really gone all out on this kit as far as detail goes, and for a fraction of the price of Hasegawa.

Great work so far.

Fermis, out of another great wip, it’s a good opportunity to see the new revell kit [:P]

Needs more Arizona Tea Tin…

Hmmmmmmmm…all kinds of schemes for 88’s! Wonder what he will pick???

Hopefully the one depicted on the box lid. Thats what i am planning for mine, i like the German aircraft with yellow tails/engines.

This is a build-up of the test shot of the Revell kit…beats the heck outta the Hasegawa kit as far as I’m concerned…

Ye, that one. I take it thats the Revell kit as well.

Yes it is…

Did you use a wash or pigment to get that dirty look?
