You guys wanna help pick my next project?????

Their comes a time when a modeler has to make that heart breaking choice of picking that next project.
My problem is this.
Theirs so many kits and so little time.
I can’t build five kits at once and I can’t decide which one of that five I want to build most.

I have narrowed down the number of kits to five.
All I ask is your input.
Which one should I build???

#1) tamiyas T-34/85( with lots of after market parts).in 1/35

#2)trupeters K1A1 (out of the box).in 1/35

#3)Italeris LVT(a)1 (out of the box).in 1/35

#4)tamiyas M-60/ A3 ( with after market mine plow).in 1/35

#5)Revells RF-4 phantom (with after market parts) in 1/32

My next project will be the one that gets the most votes.
In about a week or so I will let you guys know which kit is the one that gets the most votes…

Thanks much.[;)]

James,

For my 2 cents worth, I have to go with the Phantom. I am, after all, a wing man at heart. Albeit most of my planes may have treads…

No matter what kit “wins out,” I’m sure it will be a beauty…

I’d go with the T34. It’s just a pleasure to build.

I second the vote on the T-34. So many variants, paint schemes and ways to beat it up. Someday I hope to get started on an Iraqi T-34/85.

Go for something different. Be original. The K1A1 sounds good to me!

Vote #3 for the T-34! My all-time favorite!

M-60 with the mine plow,definately!
so long as it’s not the israli version?

My 11/2 cents, the Phantom. I love aircraft!

I’ll go with option #6, the Laerton 1/16 B-36 Peacemaker. When it’s finished, you can store all those unfinished kits in it.

Okay, okay; build one for the Motherland! T-34

Fade to Black…

James,
I’d love to see pictures of your Phantom when it’s finished - choose that one and get started.
Cheers,
LeeTree

I was going to vote for the K1A1 (based on subject matter only), but I had it confused with the KV Soviet WWII Heavy Tanks. Before I posted, I had to check – boy was I off by a few decades. [:I]

Anyways, in case you’re going to do the K1A1, here are some links. Honestly, I didn’t even know the S. Koreans had this thing. [B)]

I wonder if Hyundai gives them the same warranty as their cars? [;)]

So…back to the original intent of this topic, I would vote for the T-34. My second choice would be the Phantom.

BTW – I was showing my kids what the different choices looked like (they helped in the vote) and came across this cool page for the T-34:

The Phantom, James. Unquestionably. Don’t let those treadheads sway you!

Gotta go with the M-60 w/ mine plow. Only because I like U.S. Armor

Follow the Smoke Luke!

Phantom every time!

PHIX THAT PHANTASTIC FANTOM I’TLL LOOK PHAB…Gregers

I’d go with the Phantom!
As for the K1A1, at least Hyundai makes vehicles! The South Korean’s firearms manufacturer is Daewoo(yes, I believe they are the same Daewoo as the guys that make cars!)!
That or the K1A1, just for obscurity reasons!

K1A1

Whaz up James,

Love to see the finished product.
Flaps up,Mike

Phantoms Phorever…!!!

T-34/85

Hi ya james larson

My vote for your next project would be … (drum roll please … [:D]) … #5)Revells RF-4 phantom (with after market parts) in 1/32 … a first class choice. !!!

Just remember … “kick the tires … and light the fires … lets go !” … and … “speed is life … without it … you just leave a big smoking hole in the ground”!
