Yet Another Pledge Future question.

So I finally ran out of Future and on to the store I went. Now, I know the name changed and from searching the forum I knew what to look for (so i thought).

I went to Walmart, Target, and Home Depot. I found Pledge w/future in all of them but… None looked like the image posted in the forum and all three locations had two choices of Pledge w/future.

  1. Pledge With Future Shine Wood Floor Finish

  2. Pledge Tile & Vinyl Floor Finish with Future

Which one do I buy? Or do I keep looking for yet another Pledge/Future?

Hmmm the only one I have is Pledge with Future shine. It does not have anything else in the title.

I just checked their website and apparently the two you listed are variants of future. I’m with Herchmech, the one I was able to find is the Pledge with Future shine. I would try and find that one as the others may have additives that the original doesn’t.

Aha! Found it. Tried two other stores before I found it. Gees… good thing it lasts a long time.

Glad you found some, when I found it I bought three bottles so they would last.

BTW I see you are using the Henpecked Campaign ribbon with the gilded H.

Whoa! You are right! I took your badge image (since yours is already in order) and modified it for mine.

I better take care of that before Manny sees it. lol Wait… I think I’ve gotten this one twice!

As for the Future, unfortunately they only had one in stock (plenty of the others though). I do need to buy a few; I have a feeling it wont be available much longer.

Yeah good thing I noticed it before the boots come clicking down the hall. As many times as I have earned it I should have more than one device.[:D] Almost daily if you know what I mean.

I’ve been using the same bottle of Future for years… don’t know what that says about my output recently… anybody know if this stuff “expires”, you know, discolouring or thickening up?? I keep it in the obligatory cool dark location & it seems fine.

Stuff in the bottle seems to keep pretty good, but I have found that when I put it in a glass jar with a lid it did get thicker and a little hazy. That could be that air is getting to it somehow.

OK, I only take mine out of the original bottle when I’m about to use it. Seems alright so far.

My last bottle lasted me 3 years. Did not have a problem with it until the very end it got thick but no yellowing whats so ever.

I’ve had my bottle for years probably over 5 and it’s still fine. A member of our club say’s you can still purchase the original formula on Amazon.com, he said it’s a little pricier than it was in the stores but they have it. I’m going to purchase a bottle before they run out. Hopefully!!
