The compressor looks a lot like an Aztek AC500
I don’t recognize that airbrush but if I recall correctly Iwata makes some of their airbrushes so they may have made that one. I don’t understand how it can be double-action, but then I’ve never used an airbrush like that either. On a normal DA brush you push down on the trigger for air and pull back for paint.
tamiya trigger type is the best airbrush in their range. oem made by BB rich in japan, heard its the same manufacturer that does the Iwata and Gunze airbrushes too.

I have not seen that aircomp but have taken the time to look over the information and it seems to be a good compreser. As for the airbrush i am not to sure if i would feel compforatable witha gun like trigger brush but knowing that the Brush is Actully Made BY IWATA NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND it is a quality brush

that compressor looks identical to one my friend bought from airbrush depot, minus the tank. supposidly runs real well…

I sugggest to you before quoting other peaple or authors such as Blaise pascal that you heed to there own suggestions Iwata dose make there own airbrush line and other gear .Hear is a start i relize you might have a hard time finding this so i will provide the information for you the number for Iwata is 1-503-253-7308 and there web site is www.artool-products.com i hope this will help .

Iwata does NOT manufacture their own airbrushes.
They are produced by Fujiosaki Ltd. in a place known in the industry as “The Factory” in Japan which produces multiple brands including Iwata, Richpen, Olympos, Tamiya, and several others.

Hi, I bought this same compressor from airbrush depot…I love it!.. I put on a “T” conection and hooked a air nozzle to it and set the tank reg at 80lbs.PSI and I set my a/b reg at 20lbsPSI…I can paint all day, It Auto shuts off when the tank is full and restarts when the tank PSI drops down to around 50lbs, refilles and Auto shuts off…Runs cooler too with the Auto shut off …I use the air nozzle to clean my work bench off, blows the cat right out of my spray booth… ha,ha…I can’t say enough about it!.. The Little guy puts out 80+ lbs, and Auto shut off…You did good my friend…“RC”[bow]
peglegrc, I have a question about this compressor. How quiet would you say it is?

Mr Bones, its not as loud as my Passche 500 or my little blue Testers, and they only kick out about 45 lbs at most with out a tank…It says that it comes preset at 60 or so PSI, but has a higher rating, that why I was able to add the “T” and hook up a extra airline and nozzle…Makes cleaning the work bench off alot easier…Also with the Auto shut off, it doesn’t get hot and shut down making you have to wait till it cools off to paint again…Don’t know if it would run two A/B’s at the same time though, never tried that …Oh Yeah! Any one want to buy a Passche or Testers compressor?..Got a couple here thats collecting dust now… Mr Bones I think its much quiter and stronger than anything I’ve heard or used! …I’m adding a larger Gauge though, I have to pick the compressor off the floor to be able to read the gauge and I’m adding a larger gauge to my A/B Reg at the spray booth too…Old eye’s arn’t what they used to be…ha,ha… Their ad claims it to be the best and most quiet air brush compressor is true…I can’t say enough about it…You can also Down load the Manual on it, the TC-20T is as they say…Hope this helps… I love mine!..“RC”
