What was the WR 360 C12 Locomotive used as, is it a switcher or could it actually pull a few train cars with armor on it, or could it have the ability to pull armored railcars into place?
It was used in rail yards to stage outgoing trains and to shuttle incoming to their proper destinations. Diesel locomotives were also used to position rail guns, but I would guess that this was done by larger locomotives.
