Looks like we have plenty of interest in this GB!! http://www.nissanclub.com/forums/images/smilies/dance.gif.pagespeed.ce.iFggz07JMt.gif
[bnghead] can’t believe I am doing this, WW1 is not my thing and I never buy a kit for a GB. But my 0/400 needs an adversary, and with the time frame, I can defiantly make this, so count me in. No idea what yet, but it will be 72nd, not brave enough for one of those 32nd ones yet. Its currently between a Fokker Dr.1 and an E.III. I am thinking minimal rigging (I ain’t that silly)
Mike, surprised you don’t have yours yet. I am sure you will like it [;)]
Bish, look at the revell 1/72 Fokker D-7 kit. It is very simple, but can build up nicely with the only rigging in the undercart.
That Fokker e-3 in 1/72 will be a “nightmare” to rig I think

Ye, I was looking at that as well as there Dr I. Nice scheme as well, colourful but don’t look to difficult.
panzerpilot, a very similar experience for me as well. Before my age hit double digits (roughly 50 years ago), my neighbor showed me a fokker tripe he’d built. Can’t remember the manufacturer (Aurora maybe?) - it was a gawdy burgandy color, but at the time one of the coolest things I’d ever seen.
Bish, I had a feeling you’d be dropping in for another one! Excellent! If you want to go easy on the rigging this time (wouldn’t blame you a bit after all you put into that eye-popping 0/400), either the D.VII or the Dr.I are excellent choices.
You said it PJ! Thanks everyone for making this build possible[:D] Later on tonight I’ll make the thread over in the group build forum.
Bish, If you don’t want to do rigging, how about the Roden Junkers D1?
Its comes in 1/48 or 1/72 and not something you see built often.
If you are thinking about the E.III, I built the Revell 1/72 a few months back.
It was my first time rigging and it wasn’t that hard to do.
