finally got this kit, its pretty decent.
I didn’t bother with the engine or anything I just glued the hood and roof on,
some progress so far.

Looking well weathered. Must have had an interesting life. Will he ever get the door handle?
Hi,
Your build looks great.
Pat
Looking great so far.
next step, window detailing

I like the color modulation you acheved between the front fender and the door.
Oxidized just like the real thing !
NICE JOB !!!
JT, you can make a build pop, brother.

Looks great. I gotta get this kit to go with my 72 Blazer. If you are not going to use the engine, I’ll take it off your hands.[;)]
Very nice work. It is nicely weathered. Thanks for sharing!
I glued in the block/oilpan and front pullys as it’s visible from underneath lol
Oh well, lol.
Looks excellent! I read and have heard the wheels are quite undersized, but it is not noticeable in your build at all. I ordered an aftermarket set of wheels, tires, and hubcaps for mine from scale scenes unlimited.
The kits tire/wheels are nicely done. But the hubcaps will make them look to small so I left them off
Nice job on the weathering.
I am working on that same kit, although I am making it fairly stock. The second one I am going to make it look like my real 1970 bronco. I did have to put spark plug wires as it just screamed for them. I guess if I wasn’t opening the hood it wouldn’t matter.
Some guys called the Olson brothers have after market parts. I ordered from them and the parts look nice and clean. The are also responsive and plan to come out with some more parts.
I didn’t like the hubcaps as the axle ends should stick out so the wheel locks could be turned. The kit has them so burried in the hub cap.
Nicely weathered southwest desert rig. Like that you left the 1/4’s unmolested.
