willys and kubelwagen- electrical system -help

Hi Friends!

I built 1-24 willys and kubelwagen and need some good pics and/or electrical scheme how to connect high voltage cabes to spark ,battery to starter and alternator.All what I ve found in internet dont give me full answer.

Great links ,thank you very much.I change high voltage (ignition)cabels positions and now engine run corectly.[;)],but i need more.How to connect and which way go fuel lines,and another electrical wires.

The same problems wait me with kubel[:(]

Cant help with the Jeep but the Kubel is easy to sort as the wiring etc hardly changed from the first production’s till about 1965.

If you go onto www.type2.com and search the libary you should find everything you need like wiring diagrammes etc…just use the information for the early Beetle as it’s the same.

I’v restored 2 1:1 Kubels and found everything I needed to know on the above site but if your still struggling let me know and I’ll see what other information I can find[:)]
