Will there be another FSM magazine collection CD?

I have both FSM modeling CD’s as shown below. But does anybody know if and when there might be another CD coming out sometime in the future? Maybe 2018 to 2024 collection?

Wow… that is very neat. I sure hope they did produce it so your collection is complete.

I’d like to see them release the existing (and hopefully future) collections on a USB drive. I own, or have easy access to, 5 computers (personal, side business, day job) and not one has a DVD drive.

There isn’t a plan for one right now, but never say never. There are a number of options open to us when considering how to offer an archive.

Is there a downloadable index for 2018-2024 (or current) that exists anywhere? I have the 1982-2017 index.

Thanks and cheers,
Mark

I’d be interested in both. Where can one find the '82-'17 index?

No. We stopped doing a downloadable index because of low ROI—it was labor intensive to compile and very few readers used it. It was necessary when we still did bound volumes. After discontinuing the bound volumes, we still maintained the digital index for a few years, but, as I said, it was an offering that saw little use.

Correction: Indexes. (Plural). There’s an index for 1982 - 1997. Beyond that, there’s an index for each year, 1998 - 2018.
They are on the main website, Finescale.com. I forget the path, but if you search Index on there, they all come up.

Hope this helps,
Mark

Understandable, Tim. Thanks for the explanation.

I have both dvds, ripped as iso so I can easily mount then as virtual dvd drives. I would definitely buy a new digital collection, was just cleaning out old issues. Just not enough space! Please dont make them online access only, it would make my life much s
Easier if you allow us to archive it ourselves. Granted you will have to deal with easier piracy.
