WHERE CAN I FIND SUITABLE REPLACEMENT TRACKS FOR MY 1/72 SCALE MILITARY TANKS, IS THERE A PLACE ON THE NET I CAN ORDER SOME? LOOKING FOR T-34, PANZER III, IV AND HALFTRACK TRACKS. ???
M3 halftrack tracks: http://www.eduard.cz/products/pdf/n22/22120.pdf
Panzer III tracks: http://www.eduard.cz/products/pdf/n22/22039_1.pdf
Panzer IV tracks: http://www.squadron.com/ItemDetails.asp?item=CZMV049
Couple of different T-34 tracks listed about midway down: http://www.jadar.com.pl/part/part-armor72a.htm
It depends. If your tank kits are from Airfix and Matchbox/ Revell Germany, it may be better just cutting your losses and sending them straight to the spares box, and buying the Revell Germany own-mould (1/72, not 1/76) Pz.III. IV, and T-34. They’re all much better, include link&length tracks, and wil cost you about the same as a set of aftermarket tracks.
Alteratively, PART do etched tracks for the Pz. III, IV, and both late and early-style T-34. In the UK, they’re stocked by PDI Model Supplies:

Be warned, however, that 1/72 etched brass tracks are not for the beginner or the faint-hearted!
Cheers,
Chris.
I would consider PE tracks too thin and certainly rather daunting to put together.
Often it is making do with the kit supplied tracks or failing that finding another manufacturers kit and using those if at all possible.
Cheers
Mike
Thanks guys, I am off to search those sites everyone suggested. The older kits I have, 30+ years old, the tracks have become brittle or shrunk, I do like the hard plastic glue together hard plastic track links. Thank you everyone.
