Hey everyone, I’m looking to build a P-51B and I was wondering what the best kit to get is, if I even have an option. Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks T.L.

I thihk the only options are Monogram’s old kit and Hasegawa’s. I havn’t laid hands on either one, but do web search and you may find some reviews.
I’m hoping a new-tool P-51 will be made in this scale in the next couple of years. I think it will happen evenually.
yeah I have the monogram kit and its interesting.
I didn’ know that Monogram made a “B” model P-51 in 1/32 scale.
The only one I’ve scene was from Revell, and it’s an old mold with heavy
raised detail, but it does build nice, and has good proportions.
Leon.
Right on guys, I’ll keep an eye out for Hasegawas. T.L.
The Revell/Monogram on is the only on I’ve seen. Check out FSM’s Modeling The Second World War-A 50th Anniversary Tribute. There is an article about building James Goodson’s first P-51B. The author decide it was easier to convert the 1/32 Hasegawa P-51D kit than to use the Revell release. Allen
