Currently I’m in the process of painting this 1/35 ww1 tank, I was dreading having to hand paint it at first but as I pushed on I started to more enjoy painting it.
WOW! That Mig-21 looks fantastic! Excellent natural metal finish on it.
I would like to sit down for a bit to work on my chase elliot car but I got some cooking to do, the wife just got a 6 week old puppy so I need to move things around and put a pen together, and I need to prep for work Monday, only had one day off this week.
Conversion of T-90M 2017-2021 from Tiger to modification 2023-24. Conversion that almost defeated me, but still managed to defeat it) Building is finished, next is painting.
From additions actually the conversion set 2023, set of ERA in a hard shell on the sides, set of ERA in bags on the turret, set of aft ERA, photo-etched for T-90M, photo-etched grids for T-90M, correct set tracks, turned gun barrel, turned machine gun barrel, machine gun belt, antenna, towing loops, electronic warfare “Volnorez”, camouflage net, homemade nets along the lower contour of the turret (3D printer), sheet plastic, wire and a lot of patience)
I’m in Model Kombat.
More work today on my future what if carrier. Did a lot of adding decals, but mostly to the port side. Will move to the starboard side later in the week. A lot of decals are a mishmash from Starfighter Decals, old Gold Medal Models decals, and I think (?) some from Hawk Graphics. Since one manufacturer won’t have ALL the decals I need in one set, it becomes necessary to buy and use multiple sets from different manufacturers to get what I need.
Outstanding work Rebel!!! Your flight deck looks amazing… well done Sir!
I’m really digging your new workbench Anthony
Yeah it was hot last week here, even in the mountains
Finishing up my 1/200 scale Saturn V and starting work on the 1/144 Revell. Need to order some decals for the 1/200 scale as it is nearly 60 years old and the original decals are gone.
Also primed the Monogram F-80C Shooting Star for the Korean War GB.

And here’s the GAZ-MM basically completed. I haven’t installed the tailgate yet, because I’m not sure if I want to have it opened or closed.
Dust effects look good
I feel I need to maintain the bell-curve as everything I’m seeing is VERY WELL DONE! So in that spirit I present my Gloster Javelin. It came from EBay. It’s in a blue and white box with Cyrillic lettering, but I think it’s made by Samoleta…at least that’s what I can make of the Cyrillic! The kit was missing the bottom of the starboard wing, and the bottom of the nose radome. I used cardboard to 'build up" the wing, then used heavy paper and superglue to fashion the wing bottom and the radome bottom. I know it looks HORRIBLE. That’s why I have the leading edges taped up. I’m going to add an anti-ice strip to help hide the bodginess of my work.
Absolutely!! It’s good to see great minds think the same.
Finally done with my old tool (1972) Hasegawa 1/32 ME-109E, done in the markings of Helmut Wick in October 1940. Took these photos just a while ago.
Still deciding on the next project.
Wow Edwin that turned out great. Nice camo and weathering. Well done!
