What Did You do on Your Work Bench Today

I put some Future on the 109D

Oh WOW! I really like the early 109’s. What’s the scheme/ decal layout on this one Ed?

What a difference a spinner makes! Looking really good

I’m going with white 3 on this one.

That’s going to be a good scheme Ed. I’ve got a B model that I’m gonna end up building at some point. I had it in the stash…got rid of it …felt terrible about getting rid of it and re-acquired one to replace it. image

Those look GREAT Stephen. :+1:

Trying to clean up almost completed builds while dealing with viral fatigue.

Both Tamiya kits 1/35 Jagdpanzer IV/70 and Cromwell Mk.IV

Jagdpanzer looks pretty sharp

Coaling doors PE applied to Port side of the mighty 1/200 Titanic. I did the Starboard side a couple days ago. Feeling more comfortable with PE now. Not to say I’m an expert by any means, but the last 10 doors when extremely well. A few of the first were ever so slightly crooked, but I removed them and reapplied. Going to go back and fix a couple of crooked ones on the Starboard side tomorrow.

Cheers,
Mark

The more you work with it the more comfortable you become. That how we improve our builds, we think, imagine, and implement…PE is the same.

Now if I could take my own advice and dive into 3D printing. That s@*t scares me….

[/quote] It doesn’t scare me as much as the fact that I just don’t have room for it. I’m already fairly maxed out with:

  1. A place in which to build these things
  2. A place to display them
and 3. A place to store my stash.

Thanks, been trying to complete it for over a year.

Work continues on the Cromwell. Got the fenders attached and a periscope cover I somehow forgot to add. Goal is to finish it today just needs some weathering on the fenders.

Won’t be doing anything at the model table for the next several days as I had to order a new table/desk lamp for more lighting. Hope to be back to work at the end of next week.

Cromwell is almost finished just needs a flat varnish and the spotlight glass added. Oh and the figure sigh…

M3 Stuart I started weathering going to blend in the weathering with some Tamiya buff most likely. Really didn’t like this bottle of enamel wash.

Progress is coming right along on these two @GreySnake01 . You’re definitely building at a much faster pace than I usually do.

This is actually pretty fast for me all things considered. Just got sick of seeing almost completed builds on the shelf of doom. Next up is a JSU-152, Type 61, T-62 and Brummbär.

Oh and the mass of figures that need painted.

I hear what you’re saying for sure GreySnake. I’m tired of seeing that Ta-152 on my bench as it’s taken me a dang YEAR to get as far as I have with it. I mean …I’ve got other stuff going on that takes up my time and all but a year!!! LOL!!
