Does anyone know of some A-3B (Ex. 3J-1) Skywarrior “Whale” 1/72 decals???
I’m specially looking for these airwings and squadrons:
- CVW 9 (NG): VAH-4 Det M or VAH-2 Det M
- CVW 6 (AE/AF): VAH-7
I don’t mind if they’re from kits or manufacturers, i just want to know if they exist or no, since i can’t find any…
Aeromaster and Superscale both produced decals for the Skywarrior - the Aeromaster ones were for the KA-3B, EA-3B and EKA-3B, Superscale produced one sheet for the KA-3B and one for the A-3B with markings for VAH1, VAH8 and VAH13. They are all out of print now, but they were released fairly recently so shouldn’t be too hard to find.
