Was your officer friend a Warrior commander in Basra? If so, I bet he has had some rough times. I raise a toast to him and all our allies, and of course all our troops.

Yes, this was his vehicle as a Warrior Mech Infantry Company Commander in Iraq, 2003. He has some good stories too.

“Zulu” was the radio callsign for his company. He was “Zulu 6”, the company commander.
