I became a member of this forum back in 2011. I used my current acount name as to be different from my Scale Auto forum name, but since that forum/website no longer exsists I would like that name here. I emailed one of the moderators for help but have received no reply. If I’m unable to make changes, how do I delent my account to be able to start over. Or leave the forum completely.

Try Elizabeth if you haven’t. She jumps on stuff pretty quickly.
Sometimes it just makes sense to start a new account with a recognizable version of your original name, as an example Tankerbuilder became Tanker-builder or Toshi became Tosh.
