What interests me is that walmart carries some brands that many online venders do not.
I can agree that online model shops are great for your needs and are specific for model builders, but; if you are shopping and know what kit or supplies you are looking for, you place that description in google search and come up with a host of possible shop locations with prices. If Walmart is one of those results, why not buy from them? It does not make it less of a model kit. If it cost less and you can save on shipping, even better. When I shop online or even in stores for model kits, the bottom line driver for me is cost and savings. When it comes to tools or paints there I will go with best quality that I can afford.
My previous scorn was for going to Wslmart stores for model shopping,but the online site does seem to have competitive prices and fred shipping.Meng,Tamiya,and Takom kits all available.
Tojo72, I agree with you. I went on the Walmart site and was surprised by some of the kits that they had listed for sale.
