Walmart- model cars

Ive been inactive for a bit so I apologize if this is already common knowledge.

Early-mid December I found model cars again at Walmart. All AMT. $19.97
There are 6 Supercenters in my area. Only one of them had the models and its in an area one wouldnt expect to find model kits.
Maybe its a Christmas thing. This occurred several years ago too but I dont remember the time of year.

@mitsdude, if you are located anywhere from the mid-Atlantic states out to the Mississippi, look for the nearest Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, too. Ollie’s carries kits from Round2, including AMT and Lindberg, so you can find some of their car kits there, too.
