Virgin Post - be gentle

Thanks for the comments,

Caveman - thanks

James L - you’re right there was some stowage and a tow chain, I didn’t even put the figure together. At one time, I thought I had ruined it. I put in the “practice pile” - didn’t think I could save it

J-Hulk - thanks - it’s appreciated. I think I learned one thing, if you take pictures for display, it may be better to exagerate some of the detail and weathering in order for it to show up.

Build, look through some of the model ship building accessories. Better chain than the molded plastic. All you really have to do is paint it (they make it in brass) but no flash to clean and you can lay it out on the vehicle like you want. They make it in different guages so you can make everything from tiedowns to tow chains. It “lays” better on the vehicle too. I do the same with tow cables. First thing I do is cut the ends off (for the loops) and then twist up some 24-30 guage wire. Drill the holes in the cut off loops and insert the new cable and make my own tow cables.

Mike

Renarts,

Definetly, great idea, thanks.
