victory 1737 info

I need help guy’s . can anyone give me any info on the victory 1737 , books , web sites , plans , anything . it would be greatle appreciated , my computer skills aren’t that great , and I have come up with zilch .

I have the 1805 heller victory , and would love to have a go at converting it .

I went to my copy of Anatomy of the Ship 100 gun ship Victory by John McKay. Drawings therein are largely current or transposed to 1805 era configuration. Among the McKay includes as refernces for his drawings are:

Longridge Anatomy of Nelson’s Ships

Bugler HMS Victory - Building, Restoration, and Repair.

McKay speaks highly of Bugler. Other references are listed.

Hi - all I can find is what’s on Wikipedia, referring mostly to her sinking in 1744 and her re-discovery in 2008. However, the entry does make reference to a publication “Sailing ships of war 1400 - 1860”, by Howard, and also to a plan of the ship contained therein. Does that help? It could be the start of a whole new search - good luck!

EDIT - I’ve googled this book, and found plenty of copies available at pretty low prices.

I stumbled upon this , almost as good .
