Can any one get me onto the track of a vacuum formed canopy for a 1/48 Hasegawa F/A-18. Thanks For the help!

I have two of those Hasegawa Hornets, I was advised to use fine grits of sandpaper,start at around 600 and work my way up to like 1500 or higher. Or you could use the softsheet styrene stuff from Squadron. The cruxt of this stuff is you heat it then form it over your mold. You simply heat it over a candle or something like that. good luck. Let me know how you make out.
