V-150, in Jamaica?

As the western Canada model show is coming this may, I’ve been working on many projects that I hope will stand out. This include an SU-85 Berlin Dio, My old T-72 gets its chance at last, and Academy’s Fantastic Tiger 1.

Another models that I want to submit is Hobby boss V-150 commando with 20mm, the model was smple, but still good thanks to its PE part, and a few scrachbuild parts, the problem now is I don’t know what dio to put it, originaly for the T-72, I realized this wasn’t a very common vehicle, especialy this version, They were usualy used for MP and small military departement. However, I did like the idea of using it for an Jamaican Dio with a patrole guard asking a citizen for some papers. I don’t know if this would work, So I would really appreciate if someone could fill me in, Is this secanrio possible? Were There V-150 20mm as border patrole in jamaica?

Here’s some photos.

Dunno about the Jamaican cops, but their army uses them…

Nice job on the dio ,the empty space is screamin out for figs! The only afro-american figs in 1/35 I found were from academy ,a french foriegn legion set and a set of heads which I cant find Ill look tonight.

Warriors has some figures that would be great with it. Painted up wearing US-style BDUs, the tank crew sets would look perfect with it.

African Tank crew #1, #35500.

African Tank Crew #2, #35507.

African Head set, #35518.

Above mentioned Academy French Foreign Legion, #1381,
