USS New Jersey, BB-16 1/700 scale, Niko model

This is my rendition of the late appearance of the first battleship New Jersey, Battleship 16, later BB-16. It is as she appeared late in the Great War and post-war, until she was bombed and sunk as part of Gen. Billy Mitchell’s demonstration exercises.
1/700 scale, and those cage masts are rolled photo etch, needing patience and care.

Rolling PE with precision is no easy task. Great job. I’m not familiar with this kit. Could you tell me a little about it?

It is the Niko USS Rhode Island, so I had to make some small adjustments in parts.
The masts are a matter of patience and time.
The after mast needed that deck and its PE supports glued in place for alignment.

And the hull guns! Glued them last as they make it nearly impossible to handle without knocking one loose.
