I remember the bread trucks still being used at Langley back in the 80’s and 90’s. Though I’m still looking for a USAF Tow Tug in 1/48 scale as well. Hasegawa had one in 1/72 scale along with the munitions tractor. Oh and the 60’s and 70’s also had the pale yellow ground equipment as well.

I think Tamiya included the same moto tug in their 1/48 scale corsair kit. BTW the bomb lift you have pictured comes with the Hasegawa 1/72 scale armament loading set and the 1/48 scale Escii/Italeri modern airfield set not the 1/48 scale figure set.
Ahh… Well, that’s why I said “I think”… I don’t buy very many Tamiya and zero Hasegawa aircraft kits, so I never look at them all that closely…
