I think it’s out of production, but I use Floquil Railroad Colors Boxcar Red, no. F110074. Not too much brown, and not a ghastly bright red either. When you build ion 1/700, a bottle of this goes a longgggg way.
Yes, Floquil paints have gone the way of the Dodo, along with Polly Scale and Model Master. All of those Testors owned specialty paint lines are discontinued, out of production, and extinct. Any of those paints that you may find available are the remaining old stock.
