Comments and suggestions are welcome!

Both are nice, but the halftrack is just awesome.

Those are great builds. The weathering is very nice on both of them. The only thing I’m pointing out is that the tracks on the VK3001 are slightly “floating” over the idler wheels. Other than that they are some great work.

That German VK3001(H) PzKpfwVI (Ausf.A) looks pretty good. But I think Art Instructor should have added some tools and accesories to the fenders. Since the build looks pretty blank and sterile without them.

Ditto what those guys said, very nice builds the only thing i noticed was on the VK3001 (h) PzKpfwVI (Ausf.A) that the exhaust louver looks a little too red

Nice builds, as noted. All I could add is the stars on the halftrack could use some decal setting solution, and the one on the rediator armor should actually be cut to reflect the fact that the louvres actually open to allow air to the radiator…

Nice looking builds! but Ditto to what Brian said, the exhaust look a little too red.

Thanks, Jim[:)]

Two beautiful builds, Model Maniac–AI is proving to be a consistently talented builder and finisher! The finishes are very nice; I especially like the Pz A.

There is only one problem–probably just an oversight, or not realizing how the wheels would look once complete, but in the second-to-last photo, you can see the inside of the wheels closest to the hull–and they are not properly painted/weathered. He should try to touch these up to blend more effectively with the overall look of the suspension and wheels components!

Thanks so much for all kind compliments, comments and suggestions! They’re very helpful! As for the floating tracks I think it’s difficult to correct because they’re one piece rubber tracks, not individual link tracks. Trumpeter should have followed Dragon’s stance in terms of tracks. The Jagdpanther though also came with rubber tracks, the tracks could be glued to the wheels so that they are not floating. But for this armor there is no where to glue the tracks too. Other suggestions like adding some tools, exhaust louver too red, use decal solution and cut the front decal, paint the inner wheels properly, have been well noted. Thanks again!

The real prototype didn’t have tools so I think he’s ok.

how was that not obvious before taking the photos?? oh well…
