I don’t think anyone is going to answer. I’ve had an error situation since last November with the newsletter and have even sent e-mails to Tim with no results.

I can’t speak to how responsive support is, but in this particular case, I think this is a known issue. That thread has almost 1800 replies, and we’ve seen buggy behavior with forum pages when the number of replies reaches large numbers. The page controls don’t work as expected, for example. They’ll show negative numbers, and clicking back or forth doesn’t behave consistently.
It’s probably something that can be fixed, but it might not be a quick fix. So the developers may have it in a backlog, but at a low priority.

I got one reply from Tim to send a photo of the error page in early December (I think). I sent him a photo then after no reply for a while I sent him another. After that absolutely nothing. Not even a “were working on it”.

Note: I have in fact emailed Jim about our progress but the emails were, as it turns out, going to an address that he rarely checks. He has also determined that the challenge he has been experiencing is on his side, not ours.
