Unable to log in on FSM to contact customer service

Hey all,

I’ve been trying to access my account on the FSM main site and keep getting an error about incorrect credentials. This is the page I’m trying to access.

Does anyone know of another way to contact customer service aside from going through this form?

Hi @Frozin,

My understanding is that is expected. For the time being all logins to the main site aren’t working. They’re planning on updating the main site. Once that’s done we should be able to login again.

Thanks, that does shed some light on the login issue, however I do still need to contact them. Is there another avenue anyone knows about? Direct email address or phone number that will work from Canada?

At the bottom of the page they did provide the following.

A Customer Service agent is ready to answer your questions.

I don’t know if that is still valid.

I also just tested the contact sheet. You can fill it out and press login. It said it sent my request and there was no ask for username and password.

Update,
Found a 1-800 number for them. Customer service rep was very helpful.

I was calling about missing issues and trying to confirm my subscription details. There is no way to see that online. The person I talked to was quite pleasant and quickly confirmed that the issues had been sent.

We had a postal strike in Canada just before Christmas which backed everything up. I had thought enough time had passed to get my magazines but they still hadn’t come through. I was just looking for confirmation that my subscription was still in place.
