trumpeter 6x6 cougar

as i continue finishing up shelf queens i started this as a break since the LAV-III 8x8 went so well (it’s in the armor forum). this is a lot less detailed ie very little pe. it’s ready to prime. will be doing un white again.

it’s now primed so i will be painting white base coat this weekend after fixing me-163 wing root seams.

finished. airbrushed a rr gun and it was fine. right after i airbrushed this (both tamiya acrylic) and everything went south. but i’s done.

Cool build…and I’m liking the start of your Canadian LAV collection even more! [:P]

well now that you said that i may have to buy a GRIZZLY 6X6.actually it’s more of a wheels collection as i am going away from most ww2 armor and most tracked vehicles.

Very nice. Pulling off the UN schemes is always a challenge but you’ve nailed it. [B]

thank you. was at the LHS gettong drak grey paint for BORODINO and sheet plastic to rebuild flying bridge on POTEMKIN and sa a GRIZZLEY so i picked it up. should turn out better than the COUGAR. think i will load up the bussles on the LAV with stuff though not hang anything on the sides. apparently that’s an AMERICAN THING. may try airbrushing model nmaster instead of tamiya though still un white. airbrusehed decks this am witn tamiya (new bottle and i put 2 drops of dish soap in. no problems, no clogging and itt was a nrewer bottle (like the white) with the plastic cap insert. have to finish MAS and SEEHUND by 31mar and me-163 by 05apr before i start on GRIZZLEY.
