I got this from the cybermodeler webiste, listing new 2005 release for Trumpeter. Interesting that they have more 1/32 releases than 1/48 or 1/72 individually. In 1/48, they have a FW200, wonder how big wil that kit be!
1/24 Spitfire Mk.Vb Trop
1/24 Spitfire Mk.VI
1/32 F4F-3 Wildcat
1/32 AV-8B Harrier II
1/32 A-7E Corsair II
1/32 F-100D Super Sabre
1/32 Me 262A-1a
1/32 MiG-29M Fulcrum
1/32 MiG-29K (Sea) Fulcrum
I want a 1/48 scale Wimpy in the worst way. The Hun, though I would have preferred my own quarter scale, is a godsend. However, I feel that the Trumpeter fad is going to play itself out in the next couple of years, and we won’t see so many different new subjects being released all the time like we are now, so get 'em while they’re hot.

A 1/48 Condor is about the same size as a 1/48 B-17, see below…
That is the Koster Fw-200 and I know that Trumpeter is using that kit as a reference for theirs along with the MPM kit. I would be surprised if they could approach the level of detail offered by Koster.
With all of those 1/32 aircraft, I will have to rent a hanger down at the airport! I love the big scale stuff! It is about time that the model companies took a hint and started making more of them. Semper Fi!!!
Kind of odd, The Wyvern is a fairly obscure aircraft & was recently released in 1/48 by Classic Airframes & in 1/72 by Special Hobby. Wonder what the Trumpeter kits will have to offer.
Holy Cow! What a list! Trumpeter is pushing the envelope with some very impressive 1:32 and 1:48 scale examples. I, for one, am ecstatic that we are finally getting a new mold RA-5C (in both :48 and :72)! Have fun! Frank
That is one impressive list of models! I vote with roadkill for the 1/72 Vigi and Thud, especially the Thud. Love that big beast. The Hasegawa 1/72 D model leaves a lot to be desired, so I hope Trumpeter’s is much better.
