greetings all. have a few questions. first is anyone familiar with the jaguar resin cocpit for mig15 ? its cheap (11.00 from great mod.) i`m thinking of trying it. i did purchase a squadren vac canopy for it. much nicer than the kit one. any other help on this sub. is greatly appriciated. thanks again.
Can’t help you with the kit itself, but I’ve tried a jaguar resin cockpit in the past and wasn’t completely thrilled with it. The resin is very thin and fragile, the detail is lacking and the instructions were worthless.
If you can, spend a few extra bucks on either an aires or true detail set (if available). Check squadron.com, they’re my one-stop source for AM stuff.

Haven’t tried the Jaguar resin set, but I have built the Trumpeter 1/48 Mig15. Not too bad for one of their early kits. A lot more work than the Tamiya kit, but makes a nice model.

thanks guys, as usual help is always welcome. my problem sofar is i m having trouble finding a 1/32 resin cocpit . i know that zoom has a coulor instument pannel, and eduard has two sets for the model, but i cant find a resin set for it. anyone know of any? has anyone else encountered fit, gaps or any other probs with this kit? let me know. thanks
