The reason for this GB is: Dragon Military Models have been churing out better and better kits throughout the year of 2005, kits such as the Tiger 1 initial version and the Sherman 3 in 1 are very fine examples of this.
The Rules:
Subject must be a DML model
Kits are to be built straight from the box (although I understand that some of you often have frustration with kit tracks, so they may be replaced with either vinyl or Fruilmodellismo aftermarket tracks, tell me if your going to use them though!)
3.Subject may be shared with other GBs
Any scale, as long as it is a DML model
Any era, any country, as long as it is a DML model
Feel free to jump in any time you want, but dont jump in 3 days before the GB is over!

Sounds like a cool idea and I concur that they have been delivering the goods to us happy and willing consumers. Probably have to pass, but I’ll see what’s going on in the fall.
Wow, so far, my last seven models that I’ve build have all been from Dragon! I guess me building so much from them deserves a tribute in their honor! Since the E-100 in your other group build is allowed to be involved in other ones, could you put me down for this as well?
Yeah I’ll put you down for the E-100 in here too, yes I need a badge, I was thinking of DML in red font in bold with the words 'Tribute GB" underneath in black or whatever works outlined or something fancy. Also Put a picture(you choose your the creator[:D]) of a new DML kits box art behind, If possible try to get just the vehicle in the Background, no background for the vehicle(Ex. just a tiger 1, no battlefield) If this cant be done just go with the boxart[:D]THANKS![:D][^][8D][:)][:P][bow][party][tup][yeah]

tigertankman: working in a preliminar badge to catch more the atention because if a product born with an image is much more atractive and more accepted.
if a group build start with the badge image, when anybody see the group is more aractive than a group starting without a badge. this way is more easy to catch participants of coarse if the theme for the group is atractive too.
how about incorporating the DML logo (pic of dragon and the word “Dragon”) into a badge…or would we be violating some sort of copyright? but a badge like that would make the most sense to me since we are doing a GB in tribute to DML. maybe their lawyers wouldn’t see it that way…[xx(]
Hmm, I like it, Ok take my original Idea, but instead of boxart in the background, put not the DML dragon, but a front view dragon with its mouth open spitting fire or something, maybe have a dragon glaring with evil red eyes down on its victims[}:)][:D]

Not to rain on your parade, but shouldn’t a badge be earned when you completed your build, rather than just joining a GB? Otherwise, I would have 2 dozen by now. [;)] Do what you need to do, just food for thought.
