G’ day,
I’ve posted a couple of letters in the armor forum in the last few weeks and thought maybe I should introduce myself.
My name is Jeff Klepzig,I’m 41 and have a wardrobe full of unmade 1/48 aircaft and 1/35 armor and figures. My girlfriend says this is not normal.
It takes me ages to finish anything. But I enjoy doing it when I can.I love aircraft but prefer armor to model. So many weathering and diorama possibilities. Thanks for reading this,
Sulo.
Welcome, Jeff!
First of all, “normal” is a relative term. From those of us here, you are completely normal. Hopping around on one foot while yodeling “Stairway to Heaven” is not normal. I, for one, also have a pretty large collection of unbuilt armor and birds, also in 1/35 and 1/48.
Hopefully, we here can give you the inspiration needed to finish some of those kits, and build magnificent dios to boot. It worked for me.

Thanks for the prompt reply,
I’d get thru the unbuilt ones much faster if only I didn’t see just one more I simply have to get “just in case it goes off the market”.You know how it is.That plus an ongoing lack of time I’m afraid.
Oh by the way, yodelling "stairway to heaven"is about the only version I’ve never heard.I like the concept.
Jeff
Welcome Jeff. You will find plenty of helpful people in these forums. And don’t worry about a plethora of unbuilt kits, you are not alone and I am sure you aren’t the worst. [#welcome]
Hello and Welcome Aboard Jeff!
Welcome to the forums, Jeff…
We’re all “Normal” around here [}:)]
Welcome to FSM Jeff.
Having a stockpile of kits laying around sounds perfectly normal to me !!!
Enjoy the forums !!!
Hello Jeff, welcome to FSM’s forums. Good luck on all your upcoming builds.
Over and out.
Normal? Abnormal? Who cares? We love kits built or unbuilt. So, welcome to FSM. If you are not normal…then we are not normal too. LOL.
Hey Sulo, Who wants to be normal? Were aiming a little higher than that here! [:p] Welcome to the club.
Welcome mate. Join the best club in town…An aussie by any chance? (G’day…)
