I would say some japanese tank or the italian CV35 L3 even though its like a tankette, but was used as a light tank sometimes (big mistake). And i also second that the U.S. is awesome because it just is.

The best tank being a highly subjective matter, I think it would be equally subjective, and difficult, to decide on a ‘worst’ tank design.

Agreeing with TigerII, the Italians had some little tanks that werent up to par, nor was the tactical employment of them.
Usually because of money, educational opportunity, or a combination of both. Of course, this is less so in recent times due to tightened immigration controls, but that’s to be expected to some degree I suppose.
Open up any Yellow Pages and read the lists of Doctors in any given city of decent size and you’ll see what I mean, the opportunity is here but the raw talent comes from elsewhere. If the same opportunity were available in other locations, you can beat they situation would be very different…but then the history of the US is full of examples where immigrants from all walks of life have helped build the foundation for future generations.
