Hello fellow armor modellers. While looking around YouTube for armor subjects, I found The Australian Armour & Artillery Museum. They have series where they restore tanks and other military vehicles. Some are for static display, but others have been made into runners. Everything I’ve watched is from WWII. These people are amazing. The first one was a Stug. 3 G, from the Russian front , that was abandoned by the crew and blown up (1944). They restored it back to running condition (modern engine, but with an original transmission) and rebuilt the interior using original parts, where possible and making other parts in the shop. Check it out, there’s lots of detail information to be had for the interior.

I have been watching them for awhile now. They are always informative and sometimes amusing. Lottie the tank whisperer is another one from down that way. She was at one point a volunteer working for them and is in some of their earlier videos.
