I thought about puting this in the “Suggestions and Feedback” forum, but the painting one seemed more appropriate.

I think we should all give Matt Usher a big round of applause for his article on brush painting in the current FSM.

Airbrushes are handy tools, but they do have their limitations, sometimes making a mask for something is impractical, sometimes a part, or entire model is too small to airbrush decently. Sometimes you just simply don’t feel like airbrushing. Break out the brushes and back to the old school![:D]

1/72 models of smaller subject matter are great for brush painting, here’s a few samples from my collection that are, with the exception of rattle can clear coats, totally brush painted.

Any paintbrush is better than any aztek… IMHO (no spazzing/killing/murdering/mutilating/flamewars/torture please)

i have a good tamiya paintbrush i bought for the huge amount of $3 and stilll use… 1.5 years continusily

at least til i get cm-c or hp-c
