Got a chance to attend my local hobby shop’s seasonal competition! The theme was “Open Season,” so essentially you could submit any subject. Albeit, most of the guys do Gundam and mechs in general. The judging was based on a tiered system, so people weren’t competing against each other like most competitions. It was based on the number of points your model accrues. There were 3 tiers: bronze, silver, and gold. There were a total of 8 winners this time around. If I recall correctly, there were 4 bronze tier, 2 silver, and 2 gold (I got bronze tier). While it was mostly mecha, there were some Ma.K and Armored Core entries! Here’s some photos from the event!
