Okay Now !
I thought I would like this stuff . Now I am now so sure . I used very small amounts on sink marks on the Minicraft of Canada model of the Noorduyn Norseman C - well whatever.
Anyway , I go to sand this morning and it is almost like trying to sand Cured Super Glue . Although it is soupy , it sure filled well and all , but , really ?
I like it, but I really prefer Bondo Glazing and Spot Putty.
Yeah " G "
I may go back to that . I just thought I would give it a try . Not bad really .It doesn’t absorb the paint and leave a dull spot like the regular model putties .
I like 3M blue glazing putty used by auto refinishers for scratch filling. It’s kinda a bondo like stuff. I get it at the auto supply place. Sands very smooth and leaves no finish variation from the plastic to filler when painting. EJ
How bad does that bondo shrink compared to tamiya and squadron putties?
