The actual color known as “White Star Buff” is often a source of heated debate. In the end, choose a color or mix of colors that looks good to your eye. Click here for a Titanic color guide that may be helpful.
Some Titanic modelers use Tamiya Flat Flesh XF-15 without any changes. Others prefer to use a custom mix based on either Tamiya Light Brown XF-93 or Tamiya Dark Yellow 2 XF-88. Tamiya Dark Yellow XF-60 has some green to it so XF-88 may look better to you.
Note that Tamiya colors labeled X are gloss, XF are flat.

Double check Ben’s Miswest Model Shop video channel on his 1/200 titanic build.
I want to remember he used either Radome Tan or Light Sand (and I forget which as he is/was building two of those, one for a client, and one for himself, and so, two colors were selected).
There’s not a lot of 100% historical accurate paint chips from 1905, so you have some leeway.
Jeff Herne (formerly editor at FSM) runs Scale Colors paints. He offers a set of Acrylic paints for the titanic, including white star buff. Google Scale Colors
From an official announcement posted to Facebook, Scale Colors discontinued their Titanic paints in October, 2022. Recommend contacting Scale Colors for availability of any remaining stocks.

I use enamels, and have the same problem. I make my buff from tan and yellow.
