Stick, I am totaly inspired to build that Corsair. Any tips re weathering? Those panel lines look great, the whole thing…I would be super happy to get even close to something like yours.

The weathering was extremely simple to do. Pin washes in all the recessed details, and pencil on all the raised detail, which was the vast majority on this older kit. I draw on the panel lines with a very sharp pencil, then smudge the lines back in the direction of airflow and/or gravity with a cotton ball. If I apply too much, I clean the area with a damp cloth piece of rag, then repeat the process.
Goreous builds, but as stated by others before me, THAT A-7…

You might have completed just six builds last year however they are amazing builds.
Thanks Grey! Considering that it was a shortened year for build time for me, I’m good with the numbers. Before 2016 I averaged 8-10 completions a year. I did not finish one build in 2016, although i did have several major projects, two of which are sidelined and still need to be completed, before I lost my modeling moejoe that year and for some time afterwards. Anyways from 2017 on I have been slowly working my way up to those numbers again. 2021 will see me meet them!
